Who do we share your personal information with?

These are Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Optimonster, which are located in the USA.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. In addition:

  • For personal data covered by the Danish Accounting Act, we retain this information for a period of five (5) years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, unless we have another objectively relevant purpose for retention.
  • For information covered by the general complaint period, we store this information for a period of two (2) years from the date the complaint period begins, unless we have another objectively relevant purpose for storage.

Personal data that is no longer necessary for the stated purposes will be deleted or anonymized.

Security

We have adopted internal rules on information security, which contain instructions and measures that protect your personal data from destruction, loss/alteration, unauthorized disclosure and accidental access.

We have established procedures for granting access rights to those of our employees who process your personal data, and we control their actual access through logging and supervision.
